光伏发电无辐射、无污染、无噪音、无排放!

光伏发电是将光能通过半导体的特性直接转化为直流电能的,再通过逆变器将直流电转换成可以被我们使用的交流电。

光伏系统是由光伏组件,支架,直流电缆,逆变器,交流电缆,配电柜,变压器等组成,其中支架不带电,自然不会产生电磁辐射。光伏组件和直流电缆,里面是直流电流,方向没有变化,只能产生电场,不能产生磁场。

输出变压器虽然是交流电,但频率很低,只有50Hz,产生的磁场很低。逆变器是把直流电转为交流电的设备,里面有电力电子变换,频率一般为5-20KHz,因此会产生交变电场,所以也会产生电磁辐射。国家对光伏逆变器电磁兼容性有严格的标准。

光伏逆变器的电磁辐射,同家用电器相比,大约和笔记本电脑差不多,低于电磁炉,电吹风,冰箱。

因此,建设光伏电站不仅不会对人的健康产生危害,还可以为地球提供绿色清洁的优质能源,是人类未来能源发展方向。

制造过程非“高能耗”

不知道多少人污蔑说光伏发电是高污染,制造过程中的高耗能,这样的谣言不止传播一次。

光伏制造业主要包括晶硅提纯、硅锭硅片、光伏电池和光伏组件四个环节。其中,晶硅提纯需要在高温条件下完成,需要消耗大量的电能,约占总耗能的56%-72%,是产业链中最主要的化工生产过程;而“高污染”来自高纯多晶硅生产中产生的副产物。

晶硅提纯确实是大规模、高耗能产业。然而这不等于光伏产品就是高能耗,需要将单位光伏组件生产中所耗的总能量折算成耗电量,并与组件全寿命发电量进行比较。2015年工信部发布的《光伏制造行业规范条件》,规定多晶硅生产过程的电耗须小于120千瓦时/千克;新建和改扩建项目须小于100千瓦时/千克,这一能耗水平应该比较接近目前世界先进水平。

以此折算,符合国家规定的光伏电耗,生产一瓦光伏组件需要0.6-1.2度电。按光伏组件25年寿命计,光伏的发电远大于生产耗电。

没有光污染

光污染正在威胁着人们的健康。在日常生活中,人们常见的光污染的状况多为由镜面建筑反光所导致的行人和司机的眩晕感,以及夜晚不合理灯光给人体造成的不适感。

所以大家都很担心,安装光伏组件是否有光污染。其实普通钢化玻璃的可见光反射系数为9%~11%,不会造成光污染的产生,光伏组件使用的是与建筑同一类型玻璃,也不会造成光污染。

导致光污染的源头是可见光,光伏组件内部发电单元电池片会吸收可见光将其转换为电能,会进一步降低可见光的反射。

而且随着科技创新,现在很多光伏建材都可以做成磨砂面,更能降低可见光的反射了。

无噪音、无排放

这两点相对好理解,光伏发电是降太阳能转换成电能,是光电转换,过程中不会产生噪音,也不会有污染排放,非常适合安装在居民和工商业屋顶。

I don't know how many people slander that photovoltaic power generation is high pollution and high energy consumption in the manufacturing process. Such rumors have been spread more than once.
Photovoltaic manufacturing industry mainly includes four links: crystalline silicon purification, silicon ingot silicon wafer, photovoltaic cell and photovoltaic module. Among them, the purification of crystalline silicon needs to be completed under high temperature conditions, which needs to consume a lot of electric energy, accounting for about 56% - 72% of the total energy consumption. Based on this conversion, the photovoltaic power consumption in line with the national regulations requires 0.6-1.2 kwh for the production of one watt of photovoltaic modules. According to the 25-year service life of photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic power generation is far greater than production power consumption.
No light pollution
Light pollution is threatening people's health. In daily life, people's common light pollution is the dizziness of pedestrians and drivers caused by mirror building reflection, and the discomfort caused by unreasonable lighting at night.
Therefore, we are very worried about whether there is light pollution in the installation of photovoltaic modules. In fact, the visible light reflection coefficient of ordinary tempered glass is 9% ~ 11%, which will not cause light pollution. Photovoltaic modules use the same type of glass as buildings, which will not cause light pollution.
The source of light pollution is visible light. The power generation unit cell inside the photovoltaic module will absorb visible light and convert it into electric energy, which will further reduce the reflection of visible light.
