自主产能优化成本空间,制造能力处于行业领先位置。2019年至2021年,在行业普遍面临上有原材料紧缺毛利率波动的背景下,禾迈股份微型逆变器业务毛利率维持相对稳定,处于行业较为领先水平。在净利率方面,2019年至2021年费用率持续下降带动净利率呈现上升趋势,2021年公司净利率也高于行业内其他可比公司。

禾迈在微逆行业整体盈利能力处于较高水平,主要体现在:1)生产模式:昱能科技与Enphase生产均通过委托加工模式进行,而禾迈股份的微型逆变器生产中组装、灌胶等环节采用自产方式进行,因此在生产环节产品成本相对较低。以昱能为例,其加工费占公司总成本的10%左右,而禾迈基本全部自产,相关成本项获得较好控制;2018-2020年度昱能剔除配件以后的微型逆变器单位成本分别为589.72元/台、695.11元/台和744.79元/台,禾迈股份剔除配件以后的微型逆变器单位成本分别为528.44元/台、531.75元/台和455.09元/台。


2)业务协同:禾迈股份除了从事光伏逆变器业务外,还从事电气成套设备业务。根据禾迈股份招股书披露,其逆变器业务与电气成套设备存在较强的生产协同效应,可有效降低逆变器的单位成本,具体体现在材料采购的协同、生产制造的协同等。其中,材料采购的协同能在一定程度上优化投入成本,生产制造的协同则能够协调生产安装过程,提升生产安装效率。


3)海外业务模式:禾迈股份暂未在境外设立子公司,主要通过直接出口的方式开展业务,进口关税、运输成本等支出主要由境外客户承担,不影响产品的毛利率。昱能在美国、荷兰、澳大利亚、墨西哥等地成立子公司,并通过子公司向当地客户销售微型逆变器产品,该过程中,进口关税、运输成本等支出系计入产品的销售成本,进而影响产品毛利率。
