天合光能“至尊小金刚”400W分布式新品登场,产能或至15GW

           今日下午1点30分,天合光能股份有限公司(688599.SH,下称“天合光能”)正式在山东省对外发布了“至尊小金刚”400W组件新品。这也是继推出至尊500W、600W等适应于地面电站的系列组件后,该公司专门针对分布式市场的崭新力作。此系列的组件产品兼具审美及技术创新特性,是为完美匹配屋顶、商用及户用电站等重要分布式场景而设计的。透过这一系列组件新品及分布式业务的布局,天合光能预计,未来三年,分布式组件的产能分别为每年5GW、10GW和15GW等,从而实现跳跃式增长。这批新品的出货时间为明年1月份左右。 
多款产品供选择至尊小金刚系列,包括了功率405W及效率21.1%、功率395W及效率20.5%等多款产品,供外界选择。其视觉外观既考虑了美学设计感和时尚度,更细的电池栅线也让组件整体显得精致且优雅。其外形小巧,拥有小板型功率,多主栅MBB技术有效提高了光学利用率,并降低内部电流损耗。更低的温度系数(低至-0.34%)及更低的工作温度能带来更多的发电量。区别于地面电站应用的组件,至尊小金刚的正面载荷最高能到6000Pa,相对于地面电站所应用的组件荷载范围2400Pa~4000Pa有所不同。另外,天合光能为屋顶分布式组件提供15年的产品质保和25年质保。通过电池工艺优化及材料管控提升抗PID性能。  
       天合光能产品战略与价值管理负责人张映斌博士表示,通过对世界各地市场的调研中发现:以澳洲市场作为典型代表,其屋顶需要的组件尺寸小于1.8米。欧洲、美国也有类似要求,这是各大市场对尺寸的约束。同时,这些市场也对重量有所要求,欧美地区有职业安全和健康的法律规定,一个人在搬运东西时不能超过50磅(23公斤),也就是说分布式屋顶在安装时,23公斤是极限。“其次,分布式电站主要是用于一些工商业屋顶、家用屋顶等,它离居民个人、生活场景都较近。这种情形下,对组件外观的要求也较高。由于屋顶千差万别,对产业线、人工安装的要求也与地面电站有所不同。然而,目前市场上真正为分布式光伏量身定制的产品并不多,因此天合针对分布式光伏的特点,有了十分明确的产品定位:至尊小金刚产品的长度在1.8米以内,重量在23公斤以内,并将出功率做到了最高(超过400W),效率能达21%以上。”张映斌说道。组件与逆变器、运输等匹配度高.对于市场上所关注的大电流问题,张映斌也表示,尽管“至尊小金刚”的组件运用了至尊组件业务制造平台,电池也对应210mm尺寸硅片,但天合把电池进行了三分,再通过电路的调整,使新品组件的工作电流维持在11A~12A左右,开路电压是41V,这与目前166尺寸、370W的组件十分接近。它也意味着,“至尊小金刚”与主流市场的所有逆变器都可匹配,无需担心应用此产品时,再花费时间寻找适配的相关系统等。从运输到安装的一系列流程中,“至尊小金刚”的各个环节都具有独特优势。运输方面,小尺寸的“至尊小金刚”在物流成本上有较大幅度的节约。据测算,一个集装箱在装运这款产品时能多装30%,经销商、分销商都能从中获益。从安装角度看,这款产品提供了多种灵活的安装方式:四点、六点安装、横装、竖装、滑轨、共用梁等都可实现,为客户提供了极强的兼容性和弹性。同时,在单片功率同等尺寸很接近的情况下,“至尊小金刚”的功率提升了30W~60W,每一个屋顶的安装容量可提升10%~20%,这也就意味着在组件20~25年的生命周期里,可多发3万~6万度电,给用户带来的价值十分直观。 
       天合光能透露,预计2020年全年的全球装机容量为120GW,未来计划达150GW、200GW左右。这些规划中,分布式组件的占比接近40%,也就意味着该市场会有30GW~80GW的分布式市场,业务空间巨大。“我们认为,未来光伏的分布式市场大有可为。欧洲增长会非常快,中国、日本美国等地相对平稳,这些地区的布局也显得极为重要。一些欠发达的地区会稍显慢一点。”张映斌透露。
