A级组件:A 级电池片是最高品质等级,组件可使用的电池片;
B级组件:B 级电池片稍低于 A 级,组件可降级使用的完整电池片;
C级组件:C 级电池片为严重外观不良、缺角片,仅适用于切割电池片后做成小组件,供应给有特殊需要的顾客;
Class A component: Class A battery is the highest quality grade, the component can use the battery;
Class B components: Class B cells slightly lower than class A, the components can be degraded to use the complete cell;
Class C component: Class C battery is a piece with serious bad appearance and missing Angle. It is only suitable for making small parts after cutting the battery and supplying to customers with special needs.
Class D components: Class D batteries are available in fragments for customers with special needs or special treatment.

So how do we know?
Judge the grade of solar panels from the following two points:
First, appearance judgment
1. Look at the surface
Take a careful look at the toughened glass surface, the products of small manufacturers are relatively rough, and the silicone residue on the surface will reduce the power generation efficiency of the panel.
2. Look at the battery
Check the battery for cracks and hidden cracks. There are many irregular manufacturers splicing broken battery pieces, which has great risks and hidden dangers, and will affect the safe use of the whole panel.

3. Look at the back
Look at the mass of pressure on the back. If there are uneven conditions after pressure, such as bubbles, wrinkles and so on, it is regarded as relatively inferior quality products.
4. Look at the border
Whether flat or not. Due to the low threshold to enter the solar panel industry, many small manufacturers use artificial framing, the shape is not a strict rectangle, the firm degree is also greatly reduced.
5, look at silica gel
See whether the silica gel around the back is evenly distributed and whether it closely penetrates the gap between the backplane and the frame.
6. Look at welding
Carefully observe whether the series welding of the battery is leaky. At the same time also want to see if the battery is arranged neatly.
The picture
7. Look at the junction box
Finally, see whether the junction box is firm, whether the junction box cover can be firm, closely stuck on the junction box, and whether the outlet wire lock head rotation freely, whether to tighten.
Second, purchase channels
Whether you buy from an authorized dealer or agent of A major brand manufacturer, and check the warranty contract, invoice, etc., determines whether you can buy class A components and enjoy better after-sales service and subsequent 25 years of warranty service.
The picture
With the rise of photovoltaic power generation, the market has also increased the number of module plants. Some module factories will have strict factory inspection during the production of photovoltaic modules, which will be divided into A, B, C and D grades according to performance and appearance. Some small component manufacturers are simply following the trend, buying old batteries and processing them for resale. It is easy for friends to buy these B-class and C-class components, which will be broken in less than a few years. Class A components, on the other hand, perform well and last at least 25 years. In general, a-level components are the only ones that can be traded in the open market.
So what are these A, B, and C components used for?
Class A components: mainly used in ground power stations, distributed power stations, household systems, etc., more than 25 years of life.
Class B components: mainly used for street lamps, off-grid systems, battery cars, etc., 5 years life. This kind of component is class A degraded component or produced with class B material, the price is about 3 yuan.
Class C components: mainly used in underdeveloped areas, such as remote areas, Afghanistan, the Middle East, South Africa, etc., life unknown.
Therefore, when choosing photovoltaic power station modules, do not value petty profits, regardless of the quality of components to save costs, but also to sharpen your eyes, not to be cheated by irregular businesses.
