古瑞瓦特新研发的离网逆变器SPF 5000ES ,逆变器输出功率为5kW,除了常规离网逆变器的基本功能,光伏优先工作模式,市电互补工作模式,蓄电池工作模式外,还增加了 无电池工作模式。无电池模式是指在系统无电池或者系统有电池,但电池因故休眠的情况下,逆变器仍然可以保证在光伏充足的情况下正常工作。
SPF 5000ES工作模式如下:
1. 当系统有光伏有市电时,SPF 5000ES可类似并网逆变器,可并网作自发自用。当光伏功率小于负载功率时,光伏能量全部供给负载,不足部分由市电补充,光伏和市电联合带负载。当光伏大于负载功率时,光伏能量优先提供给负载,多余的能量可以给蓄电池充电。如没有蓄电池,逆变器根据当前负载的大小,调节光伏发出的功率,保证逆变器不会向电网送电。
2. 当系统有光伏无市电时,SPF 5000ES 可以在一定程度上离网工作,但当负载功率大于光伏功率时,逆变器会停止工作,这种情况,适合于可以随输入而变化的负载,如电热水器等,或者光伏功率比负载功率大很多的场合。
3. 当系统无光伏有市电时,SPF 5000ES可以旁路带负载,并可以对已休眠的锂电池作充电激活的尝试。
除此之外,SPF 5000 ES 还开发了两种实用功能,定时充电功能和定时输出功能。定时充电功能:客户可以定制市电的充电时间段,限制在电价高峰期使用电网充电,这样可减少电费;定时输出功能:客户可以设置定时输出,在某个时间段逆变器自动关机,以保证降低系统的自身损耗。
SPF 5000ES的适用范围:
这款离网机最多支持6台并机,可以构建30kW单相或者三相系统,适用于自发自用余电不能上网,负载不超过30kW的小型商用电站,并且负载用电和光伏发电基本同步的应用场合。
不太适合的场合:设备负载大于30kW,光伏发电和设备用电不同步的地方。

If there is no battery, the inverter adjusts the power generated by the PV based on the current load to ensure that the inverter does not send power to the power grid.
2. When the system has photovoltaic power without mains power, SPF 5000ES can work off-grid to a certain extent, but when the load power is greater than the photovoltaic power, the inverter will stop working. This situation is suitable for the load that can change with the input, such as the electric water heater, or the photovoltaic power is much larger than the load power.
3. When the system has no photovoltaic and mains power, SPF 5000ES can bypass load, and can charge and activate dormant lithium batteries.
In addition, the SPF 5000 ES also developed two practical functions, timed charging function and timed output function. Timed charging function: Customers can customize the charging period of the mains and limit the use of grid charging during the peak price, which can reduce the electricity bill; Timed output function: Customers can set timed output to automatically shut down the inverter in a certain period of time to reduce the system loss.

Application range of SPF 5000ES:
This off-grid machine supports up to 6 parallel machines and can be used to build a 30kW single-phase or three-phase system. It is suitable for small commercial power stations where the self-generated and surplus power cannot be connected to the Internet and the load does not exceed 30kW, and the load power and photovoltaic power generation are basically synchronized.
Not suitable for: equipment load is greater than 30kW, photovoltaic power generation and equipment power consumption is not synchronized.
