2022年国家不再下发光伏补贴，但还有16地享受市级、区级补贴！
1、深圳
1月21日，广东省深圳市发改委印发《深圳市分布式光伏发电项目管理操作指引（征求意见稿）》，提出：市级财政对纳入补贴范围的发电量予以补贴，其中：

基准常规光伏项目：2022年、2023年并网发电的项目补贴标准为0.3元/千瓦时，2024年、2025年并网发电的项目补贴标准为0.2元/千瓦时，2026年并网发电的项目补贴标准为0.1元/千瓦时；

光伏建筑一体化（BIPV）项目：补贴标准为基准常规光伏项目的1.2倍。
2、北京市顺义区：

2021年5月18日，北京市顺义区发改委下发《关于印发进一步支持光伏发电系统推广应用的通知》，在北京市的补贴上，区级按照市级补贴标准 1:1 比例进行补贴，补贴期限为 5 年。
2020 年 1 月 1 日 至 2021 年 12 月 31 日期间采用“自发自用为主，余量上网”模式 并网发电的分布式光伏发电项目，区级财政按项目实际发电量给予补贴，每个项目的补贴期限为 5 年，补贴对象为法人单位或个 人。
1.常规类项目补贴标准。适用一般工商业电价、大工业电价或农业生产电价的项目补 贴标准为每千瓦时 0.3 元（含税）。个人利用自有产权宅基地建设 的户用光伏发电项目补贴标准为每千瓦时 0.3 元（含税）。 
2.提高部分领域补贴标准。 学校、社会福利场所等执行居民电价的非居民用户项目补贴 标准为每千瓦时 0.4 元（含税）。 
3.支持高端应用。 全部实现光伏建筑一体化应用（光伏组件作为建筑构件）的 项目，补贴标准为每千瓦时 0.4 元（含税）。
3、北京市西城区：
2021年1月15日，北京市西城区发改委下发《北京市西城区支持鼓励节能降耗管理办法》（修订）的通知，提出：
节能资金支持方式分为补助和直接奖励。项目申报单位可根据项目具体情况自愿申报资金支持方式，同一项目只能申请一种方式。补贴有效期至2025年12月31日。
新能源、可再生能源开发利用及推广项目，给予总投资额30%的补助；
合同能源管理项目，在北京市政府补助基础上给予市级补助资金50%的补助；
通过国家绿色建筑运行三星、二星认证标识的建筑，在享受国家、市级奖励的同时，分别一次性给予30万元、20万元的奖励。
4、北京市经开区：
2021年8月23日，北京经济技术开发区管理委员会下发文件《北京经济技术开发区2021年度绿色发展资金支持政策(征求意见稿)》，拟对15类绿色低碳项目给予政策性资金支持。其中，分布式光伏项目拟在北京市级资金补助的基础上，经开区按照1:1配套奖励。补贴期限为 1年。
5、北京通州区：
2021年11月10日，北京市通州区人民政府发布《通州区绿色化改造提升项目补助资金管理办法（试行）》。

6、 浙江省乐清市（市级补贴）
2021年4月21日，浙江省乐清市人民政府发布《关于调整全市居民分布式光伏发电项目市级财政补贴的通知》，提出：

对于2021年4月30日之前并网以及2020年8月1日之前并网的分布式光伏项目则继续享受之前0.3元的补贴；5月1日之后并网的分布式光伏发电项目补贴调整至0.2元/度；2022年1月1日之后并网的分布式光伏发电项目补贴调整至0.1元/度。

对2021年5月1日之后并网的居民分布式光伏发电项目，符合相关规定要求的，乐清市级财政补贴调整至每千瓦时0.2元，有效期至2021年12月31日止。
对2022年1月1日之后并网的居民分布式光伏发电项目，符合相关规定要求的，乐清市级财政补贴调整至每千瓦时0.1元，有效期至2022年12月31日止。
2023年1月1日起取消乐清市级财政补贴。
7、浙江省宁波市
2021年9月，宁波市住房和城乡建设局印发《关于大力推进建筑屋顶分布式 光伏发电系统应用工作的若干意见》 （征求意见稿），提出：
由市级财政对2021年至2025年期间并网的建筑屋顶光伏项目按0.3元/千瓦时标准给予补贴，补贴时限为并网发电之后第二个完整抄表月起12个月。
8、浙江省云和县
2021年11月30日，云和县发改委发布《关于户用光伏发电项目补助有关事项的通知》，2021年，省能源局下达云和县可再生能源专项资金80万元，经研究，决定将该笔资金用于支持户用光伏发电项目的发展。
1.2021年并网的户用光伏发电项目给予1元/瓦的补助，2022年并网的户用光伏发电项目给予0.8元/瓦的补助，2023年并网的户用光伏发电项目给予0.6元/瓦的补助。每户最高补助不超过5000元。

2.补助资金按电力公司出具的并网时间先后顺序给予安排，按照谁投资谁受益的原则进行补助，直至80万元资金分配完毕。

9、浙江省平湖市
2021年10月26日，浙江省嘉兴市平湖市发展和改革局印发关于公开征求《平湖市新一轮鼓励光伏发电项目建设的若干意见（征求意见稿）》意见的公告，提出：
（一）对工商业屋顶光伏发电项目，实行三年发电量补助，每年按实际发电量给予0.1元/千瓦时电价补助。
（二）对学校、医院、党政机关和村（社区）等公共建筑屋顶光伏发电项目，实行三年发电量补助，每年按实际发电量给予0.15元/千瓦时电价补助。
（三）对“农光互补”光伏发电项目，实行三年发电量补助，每年按实际发电量给予0.2元/千瓦时电价补助。
（四）对居民户用屋顶光伏发电项目实行一次性装机补助，按装机容量1元/瓦补助。
10、浙江省柯桥区
12月16日，绍兴市柯桥区发改委公布的《关于柯桥区整区屋顶分布式光伏开发试点实施方案的公示》中，

2021年1月1日--2025年12月31日期间：在柯桥区内投资建设符合分布式光伏3.0要求，并通过区发改局验收，接入柯桥区光伏数字化智慧管理平台的非户用光伏项目，自验收通过之日起，根据实际发电量按每千瓦时0.25元对项目业主进行补助，补助周期为5年，在安装首年一年兑现一次，此后每半年兑现一次。

11、广东省广州市黄浦区/开发区/高新区：
2021年5月12日，广州市黄埔区、开发区、高新区发改局联合下发《广州市黄埔区 广州开发区 广州高新区促进绿色低碳发展办法》
对分布式光伏发电的投资方按照发电量给予补贴，

应用方（屋顶方）为非公共机构的：补贴标准为0.15元/千瓦时、

应用方（屋顶方）为公共机构的：补贴标准为0.3元/千瓦时。

以2020年计起，单个项目最高享受补贴时间为6年。补贴时间范围为2020-2025年。

对采用合同能源管理模式建设分布式光伏发电项目应用方（屋顶方）按照项目装机容量给予一次性奖励，奖励标准为0.2元/瓦。单个项目最高奖励金额为200万元。

12、广东省东莞市（市级补贴）
属于太阳能光电建设工程一体化或分布式光伏的项目且装机容量不小于20KWp，补贴金额为2元/Wp；
属于太阳能光电建设工程一体化或分布式光伏的项目且装机容量不小于20KWp，补贴金额为2元/Wp；
2017~2018年底取得市发改局备案且经市供电部门并网验收的分布式光伏发电项目，装机容量在120MW以内。享受补贴的有效期延至2024年12月31日
办法明确，专项资金的补助方式为事后补助，补助标准如下：
对建设分布式光伏发电项目的各类型建筑和构筑物业主，按装机容量18万元/兆瓦进行装机补助，单个项目补助最高不超过144万元，补助平均分四个财政年度拨付。
对机关事业单位、工厂、交通站场、商业、学校、医院、社区、农业大棚等非自有住宅建设企业分布式光伏发电项目的各类投资者，按实际发电量补助0.1元/千瓦时，补助时间自补助申请批准后的次月起，连续5年进行补助。
对利用自有住宅及在自有住宅区域内建设的居民分布式光伏发电项目的自然人投资者，按实际发电量补助0.3元/千瓦时，补助时间自补助申请批准后的次月起，连续5年进行补助。
13 、江苏省南京市（市级补贴）
2021年3月16日，南京市城乡建设委员会与南京市财政局联合印发关于印发《南京市绿色建筑示范项目管理办法》的通知，就进一步推动南京市绿色建筑高质量发展出台相关政策。
绿色建筑示范项目给予一次性资金补助，同时不高于合同价的50%。绿色建筑单体示范项目按照建筑面积予以补助，二星级示范项目补助标准为20元／m2，最高不超过30万元；三星级示范项目补助标准为30元／m2，最高不超过50万元；绿色建筑片区集成示范及绿色小镇项目根据规模和技术应用水平由专家评审决定，补助金额最高不超过300万元。
新建浅层地能（地源热泵、水源热泵、可再生能源区域能源站）示范项目按照示范面积不超过50元／m2予以补助；太阳能光伏项目按照不超过500元／kW予以补助。原则上单个可再生能源建筑应用示范项目补助金额最高不超过200万元。年进行补助。
14、江苏省苏州工业园区（区级补贴）
在苏州工业园区内，对于备案实施且已并网投运，接入园区低碳能源公共服务平台的项目，补贴3年：
分布式光伏按自投运后的发电量进行补贴0.1元/千瓦时。
储能项目按自投运后的发电量（放电量）进行补贴0.3元/千瓦时。
该补贴有效期至2021年12月31日。

15、江苏省苏州吴江区
2021年11月19日，苏州市吴江区人民政府发布《关于印发吴江区分布式光伏规模化开发实施方案的通知》。通知提出：力争到2023年底，全区新增光伏装机500兆瓦左右，到2025年底，再新增光伏装机500兆瓦左右。


实施财政补贴。每年安排一定财政资金，对2021年7月至2023年底期间并网发电，且接入全区光伏发电数字化管理平台的光伏和储能项目进行补贴：

工业企业分布式光伏项目应用方（屋顶方）补贴0.1元/千瓦时，补贴项目1年的发电量；
居民屋顶光伏项目按1元/瓦对投资方进行一次性装机补助；
学校、医院、党政机关和村（社区）等公共建筑屋顶光伏及其他项目补贴投资方0.2元/千瓦时，补贴2年发电量；
对实际投运的储能项目，按照实际放电量给予运营主体补贴0.9元/千瓦时，补贴2年放电量。
16、陕西省西安市：
2020年12月25日，西安市工信局发布《关于向社会公开征求《关于进一步促进光伏产业持续健康发展的意见（征求意见稿）》修改意见的通告》，提出：
1）对新进入工信部《光伏制造行业规范条件》公告的企业，一次性奖励50万元。
2）对2021年1月1日至2023年12月31日期间建成并网且符合国家和行业标准的分布式光伏项目，自并网次月起给予投资人0.1元/千瓦时补贴，连续补贴5年
3）对2021年1月1日至2023年12月31日期间建成运行的光伏储能系统，自项目投运次月起对储能系统按实际充电量给予投资人1元/千瓦时补贴，同一项目年度补贴最高不超过50万元。

1, shenzhen  

On January 21, The Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen, Guangdong province issued the Operation Guidelines for The Management of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Shenzhen (Draft for Comments), and proposed that the municipal finance should subsidize the power generation included in the scope of subsidies, among which:  

Standard conventional photovoltaic projects: in 2022 and 2023 grid-connected power generation project subsidy standard is 0.3 yuan/KWH, in 2024 and 2025 grid-connected power generation project subsidy standard is 0.2 yuan/KWH, 2026 grid-connected power generation project subsidy standard is 0.1 yuan/KWH;  

Photovoltaic building Integration (BIPV) project: the subsidy standard is 1.2 times that of the base conventional PV project.  

2. Shunyi District, Beijing  

On May 18, 2021, Beijing Shunyi District Development and Reform Commission issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing Further Support for the Promotion and Application of PHOTOVOLTAIC Power Generation System. In terms of subsidies in Beijing, the district level will be subsidized in a 1:1 ratio according to the municipal subsidy standard, and the subsidy period will be 5 years.  

From January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021, the distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that adopt the mode of "self-use mainly, surplus access to the Internet" will be subsidized by the district-level finance according to the actual generating capacity of the projects. The subsidy period of each project is 5 years, and the subsidy object is the legal entity or individual.  

1. Standard of subsidy for routine projects.  The subsidy standard for general industrial and commercial electricity price, large industrial electricity price or agricultural production electricity price is 0.3 yuan per kilowatt hour (including tax).  The subsidy standard for household photovoltaic power generation projects built by individuals using homestead with their own property rights is 0.3 yuan per KWH (including tax).  

2. We will raise subsidies in some sectors.  The subsidy standard for non-resident users of schools and social welfare facilities that implement the residential electricity price is 0.4 yuan per kilowatt hour (including tax).  

3. Support high-end applications.  The subsidy standard for all projects that realize integrated application of photovoltaic buildings (photovoltaic modules as building components) is 0.4 yuan per KWH (tax included).  

3. Xicheng District, Beijing  

On January 15, 2021, The Xicheng District Development and Reform Commission of Beijing issued the Notice of "Management Measures for Supporting and Encouraging Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction in Beijing Xicheng District" (Amendment), proposing:  

Energy saving funds are supported by subsidies and direct rewards.  Project applicants can voluntarily declare the method of financial support according to the specific situation of the project, and only one method can be applied for the same project.  The subsidy is valid until December 31, 2025.  

30% of the total investment will be subsidized for new and renewable energy development, utilization and promotion projects;  

For energy management contract projects, 50% of the municipal subsidy will be given based on the subsidy from Beijing Municipal government;  

Buildings that pass the national green building certification of three stars and two stars will be awarded 300,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan respectively while enjoying the national and municipal awards.  

4. Beijing Economic development Zone:  

On August 23, 2021, the Management Committee of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone (BEDDA) issued the Policy on 2021 Fund Support for Green Development in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone (Draft), which plans to provide policy fund support for 15 types of green and low-carbon projects.  Among them, the distributed photovoltaic project will be based on the capital subsidy of Beijing city, and will be rewarded in accordance with 1:1 matching by the development zone.  The subsidy lasts for one year.  

5. Tongzhou District, Beijing  

On November 10, 2021, the People's Government of Tongzhou District of Beijing issued the "Tongzhou District Green Renovation and Upgrading Project Subsidy Fund Management Measures (Trial)".

6. Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province (municipal subsidies)  

On April 21, 2021, the People's Government of Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province issued a Notice on the Adjustment of municipal financial Subsidies for Residential Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects, stating that:  

For distributed photovoltaic projects connected to the grid before April 30, 2021 and before August 1, 2020, they will continue to enjoy the previous subsidy of 0.3 yuan;  Subsidies for distributed photovoltaic power generation projects connected to the grid after May 1 will be adjusted to 0.2 yuan/KWH;  Subsidies for distributed photovoltaic power generation projects connected to the grid after January 1, 2022 will be adjusted to 0.1 yuan/KWH.  

For residential distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that are connected to the grid after May 1, 2021, if they meet the requirements of relevant regulations, the fiscal subsidy of Yueqing will be adjusted to 0.2 yuan per KWH, and the subsidy will be valid until December 31, 2021.  

For residential distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that are connected to the grid after January 1, 2022 and meet the requirements of relevant regulations, the fiscal subsidy of Yueqing city will be adjusted to 0.1 yuan per KWH, and the period of validity will end on December 31, 2022.  

Yueqing municipal financial subsidies will be cancelled from January 1, 2023.  

7. Ningbo, Zhejiang Province  

In September 2021, Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued Several Opinions on Vigorously Promoting the Application of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation System on Building Roofs (draft for Comments), proposing:  

The municipal finance will provide subsidies of 0.3 yuan/KWH for rooftop pv projects connected to the grid from 2021 to 2025, and the subsidy duration is 12 months from the second complete meter reading month after the grid power generation. 

Yunhe County, Zhejiang Province  

On November 30, 2021, Yunhe County Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on household PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation project subsidies. In 2021, the provincial Energy Bureau issued a special fund of 800,000 yuan for renewable energy in Yunhe County. After study, it was decided to use the fund to support the development of household photovoltaic power generation projects.  

1. Subsidies of 1 YUAN/w will be given to household PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation projects connected to the grid in 2021, 0.8 yuan/w will be given to household PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation projects connected to the grid in 2022, and 0.6 yuan/w will be given to household photovoltaic power generation projects connected to the grid in 2023.  The maximum subsidy for each household shall not exceed 5,000 yuan.  

2. The subsidy funds shall be arranged according to the time sequence of grid connection issued by the power company, and the subsidy shall be carried out according to the principle of who invests who benefits, until the allocation of 800,000 yuan is completed.  

9. Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province  

On October 26, 2021, The Development and Reform Bureau of Pinghu City, Jiaxing city, Zhejiang Province issued a public notice on soliciting opinions on the New Round of Encouraging the Construction of Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Pinghu City (Draft for Soliciting Opinions), and put forward:  

(I) For industrial and commercial rooftop photovoltaic power generation projects, the implementation of three years of electricity generation subsidy, according to the actual generation of 0.1 yuan/KWH electricity price subsidy.  

(2) For schools, hospitals, party and government organs, villages (communities) and other public buildings rooftop PV power generation projects, the implementation of three years of electricity generation subsidy, according to the actual electricity generation to 0.15 yuan/KWH electricity price subsidy.  

(3) For the "agro-light complementary" PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation project, the implementation of three years of electricity generation subsidy, according to the actual generation of 0.2 yuan/KWH electricity price subsidy.  

(IV) Implement one-time installation subsidy for residential rooftop PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation projects, which is 1 yuan/watt per installed capacity.  

10. Keqiao District, Zhejiang Province  

On December 16, Shaoxing Keqiao District Development and Reform Commission "On the Whole District of Keqiao District rooftop distributed photovoltaic development Pilot Implementation Plan" in the public notice,  

From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2025:  Investment in ke bridge construction conform to the requirements of the distributed photovoltaic (pv) is 3.0, and through the area hair change bureau acceptance, access to ke bridge photovoltaic digital intelligent management platform of households with pv projects, from the date of acceptance by, according to the actual capacity of the project owners according to 0.25 yuan per KWH of subsidies, subsidies cycle for 5 years, in the installation of the first year meet once a year,  We will cash it every six months thereafter.  

Huangpu District/Development Zone/High-tech Zone, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province  

On May 12, 2021, the Development and Reform Bureau of Huangpu District, Development Zone and High-tech Zone of Guangzhou jointly issued measures for Promoting Green and Low-carbon Development of Guangzhou High-tech Zone of Huangpu District, Guangzhou.  

Investors in distributed photovoltaic power generation will be subsidized according to the amount of electricity generated.  

Application side (roof side) for non-public institutions: subsidy standard 0.15 yuan/KWH,  

Application side (roof side) for public institutions: subsidy standard is 0.3 yuan/KWH.  

Starting from 2020, the maximum subsidy period for a single project will be six years.  The subsidy period is 2020-2025.  

The application party (rooftop party) of distributed photovoltaic power generation project constructed by contract energy management mode will be given a one-time reward according to the installed capacity of the project, and the reward standard is 0.2 yuan/watt.  The maximum award for a single project is 2 million yuan.  

12. Dongguan city, Guangdong Province (municipal subsidies)  

The project belongs to the integration of solar photovoltaic construction projects or distributed photovoltaic projects and the installed capacity is not less than 20KWp, and the subsidy amount is 2 YUAN /Wp;

From the end of 2017 to 2018, the installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that have been filed by the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau and accepted by the municipal power supply department for grid connection is within 120MW.  The entitlement period is extended to 31 December 2024  

The measures are clear, and the subsidies for special funds are post-subsidy, with the following subsidy standards:  

For the owners of all types of buildings and structures that construct distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, the installation subsidy shall be based on the installed capacity of 180,000 yuan/mw, and the maximum subsidy for a single project shall not exceed 1.44 million yuan, and the subsidy shall be allocated in four fiscal years on average.  

For all kinds of investors in distributed photovoltaic power generation projects of non-self-owned residential construction enterprises, such as government offices, public institutions, factories, traffic stations, businesses, schools, hospitals, communities and agricultural greenhouses, the subsidy will be 0.1 yuan/KWH based on the actual generating capacity. The subsidy will be continued for 5 consecutive years starting from the next month after the subsidy application is approved.  

For natural person investors who use self-owned houses or build residential distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in self-owned residential areas, the subsidy will be 0.3 yuan/KWH based on the actual generating capacity, and the subsidy will be continued for 5 consecutive years starting from the next month after the subsidy application is approved.  

13. Nanjing city, Jiangsu Province (municipal subsidies)  

On March 16, 2021, Nanjing Urban and Rural Construction Commission and Nanjing Finance Bureau jointly issued the Notice on printing and distributing nanjing Green Building Demonstration Project Management Measures, and issued relevant policies to further promote the high-quality development of green building in Nanjing.  

Green building demonstration projects will be given a one-time financial subsidy, at the same time not more than 50% of the contract price.  Individual green building demonstration projects will be subsidized according to the floor area. The subsidy standard for two-star demonstration projects is 20 yuan/m2 and the maximum subsidy is no more than 300,000 yuan.  The subsidy standard for three-star demonstration projects is 30 yuan/m2, and the maximum is 500,000 yuan;  The project of integrated demonstration of green building area and green town shall be evaluated and decided by experts according to the scale and technical application level, and the subsidy amount shall not exceed RMB 3 million.  

New shallow ground energy (ground source heat pump, water source heat pump, renewable energy regional energy station) demonstration projects shall be subsidized according to the demonstration area no more than 50 yuan/m2;  Solar photovoltaic projects shall be subsidized not more than 500 yuan/kW.  In principle, the maximum subsidy for a single renewable energy building application demonstration project shall not exceed 2 million yuan.  Year for subsidies.  

14. Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province (District-level subsidy)  

In Suzhou Industrial Park, for projects that have been put on record and put into operation and are connected to the park's low-carbon energy public service platform, the subsidy will be provided for 3 years:  

Distributed pv will be subsidized 0.1 yuan/KWH according to the power generation after it is put into operation.  

The energy storage project will be subsidized 0.3 yuan/KWH according to the power generation (discharged power) after it is put into operation.  

The subsidy is valid until December 31, 2021.  

Wujiang District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province  

On November 19, 2021, the People's Government of Wujiang District of Suzhou issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Distributed Photovoltaic Large-scale Development in Wujiang District.  The notice puts forward: Strive to the end of 2023, the region's new photovoltaic installed capacity of about 500 megawatts, by the end of 2025, the new photovoltaic installed capacity of about 500 megawatts.  

Implement fiscal subsidies.  Certain financial funds will be arranged every year to subsidize photovoltaic and energy storage projects connected to the grid and connected to the regional photovoltaic power generation digital management platform from July 2021 to the end of 2023:  

The application side of distributed photovoltaic project of industrial enterprises (roof side) will be subsidized 0.1 yuan/KWH, and the electricity generation of the project will be subsidized for one year.  

Residential rooftop pv project according to 1 yuan/watt investors one-time installation subsidy;  

Schools, hospitals, party and government organs and villages (communities) and other public buildings rooftop pv and other projects subsidized investors 0.2 yuan/KWH, subsidized 2 years of electricity generation;  

For energy storage projects actually put into operation, operators will be given a subsidy of 0.9 yuan/KWH based on the actual discharged electricity, and the subsidy will be given for 2 years of discharged electricity.  

16. Xi 'an, Shaanxi Province:  

On December 25, 2020, Xi 'an Industry and Information Technology Bureau issued the Notice on Soliciting comments on The Revision of Opinions on Further Promoting the Sustainable and Healthy Development of Photovoltaic Industry (Draft), proposing:  

1) A one-time reward of 500,000 yuan will be given to enterprises newly entered into the "Specification Conditions for Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry" announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.  

2) For distributed photovoltaic projects built and connected to the grid between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2023 and in line with national and industrial standards, investors will be given a subsidy of 0.1 yuan/KWH starting from the next month of grid connection for 5 consecutive years  

3) For photovoltaic energy storage systems built and operated from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023, investors will be given a subsidy of 1 YUAN/KWH based on the actual charging amount of the energy storage system from the month after the project is put into operation, and the maximum annual subsidy for the same project will not exceed 500,000 yuan.
